MUST DO IT BETTER CLUB
This year, those players who end up on the highest losing rink, will become full members of the "MUST DO IT BETTER CLUB". This entitles them to become full card carrying members of this club. Their names will appear on this page, so that other members of the Association are aware of the exclusive membership to this club.
Should one of the members of this club, be loitering around the bar area within any establishment at any time, they can be approached and asked to show their membership card. Failure to show the said card will result in having to buy a drink for the challenger who asked them. To avoid having to buy drinks throughout a whole day, the member challenged can only be challenged once during that day.
If the member can indeed show his membership card then the challenger will have to buy them a drink.
So far the current members are:-
John Brand, Brian Linnett, Dick Brooker, Bert Hunt, Bill Carter, Mavis Gardiner, Greg Gladden and Les Adams. There is one additional member, who attempted to chop of his fingers to avoid playing and was automatically enrolled in the "MUST DO IT BETTER CLUB" and that was last year's president - Mr Bill Wright.
Additional members are Peter DeBank, Mike Newsome, Bob Hill, Derek Willett, Robin Fisher, Brian Pryke, Stuart Curran, and Bert Hunt already a member but going for an all time record!
So watch out for these members and ensure they are appropriately challenged when the opportunity arises.
