The 25th Chelmsford and District Invitation Triples was held at Southminster Bowls Club on Saturday 2nd July 2011

14 teams competed for the coveted "Oil Rig". Great Baddow B stormed in to the lead but were overtaken by Falcon who stumbled at the end losing out to Burnham B who rallied to win with 42 points after 6 matches. The Burnham B team of Alec Campbell, Bill Carter and Steve Hawkins were presented with the Trophy by Alby Evans, Association President.

Our thanks go to Southminster Bowls Club for hosting the event and providing all with refreshments throughout the day.
